Our warranty

* From the date that you take possession of the dog, the buyer has a 10 day warranty on infectious diseases. If the puppy is sick during the period of warranty, the seller must be told. Do not let your dog come into contact with other dogs until he gets all his shots for safety reasons.

* From the date of birth of the puppy, the buyer benefits a warranty of 2 years on major inborn diseases that could disrupt his life quality (heart, lungs, liver, digestive system, bowels)

* The seller reserves the rights to have the puppy evaluated and treated by a veterinary of his choice.

* In the event of the puppy sudden death, an autopsy will be required to determine the cause of death. If the cause is from a “normal” illness, no refund will be made. However the seller will replace your puppy with the same breed and the same value.

* If the cause of death is accidental, intoxication, mistreatment or negligence, the puppy will not be replaced . No refund will be made.

* If the puppy needs treatment, the warranty is limited to the value of the dog only, no additional fees will be given.

* The warranty becomes null and void if the buyer resells his dog to a third party unless otherwise specified is such signed by the seller.

* It is clear that we cannot guarantee all diseases the animal could catch during his life span, just as a human being could. To avoid unnecessary fees, please contact me if you have any concerns pertaining to his health. I am always available to provide you assistance.
