The Shih-Tzu is a friendly, nonaggressive dog that is a good companion for children and other breeds of dogs. Shih-Tzus are known for their fun-loving play, and very easy to train. Despite his small body height he loves snow. Living in the country or living in the city he is very easy to adapt to any activities. It’s a tough little dog and can be excitable one minute then very calm the next. He loves to run and go on long strolls which is advantageous for you also.

Because he loves company, do not let him alone for long periods as this dog needs to maintain his stability.
